Talec Arashi is an immigrant from another dimension, and has spent two decades and counting in Pennsylvania, USA. A reader of many things (fantasy, hard and soft SF, chinese classical literature, manga of assorted genres, etc), writer of somewhat fewer (fanfic and worldbuilding), slightly varied artist, and very occasional roleplayer (most notably MegaManMUSH, but also a multiverse RP that lasted several years).

Talec has always had an interest in mecha and the universes they exist in, from Transformers (most influentially, Armada) to Gundam (0079, 08th MS Team, 0080, Advance of Z, Zeta, G-Gundam, Wing, etc) to Zoids (all permutations), The Big O, Rockman/MegaMan, SD Gundam (primarily Force), the Galactic Center series of novels by Gregory Benford, etc. There is also passing knowledge of series and movies too numerous to list. The other major loves of Talec's are A.I. (.hack//Series, Digimon, Rockman.EXE, SDGF, etc), interdimensional travel (SDGF, Shuffle!, many of Stephen Baxter's SF novels, etc) and time travel (Babylon 5, SDGF, Stephen Baxter's work again, etc). And lots of music. Also, Talec tends to write too much when it ought to be concise, and also randomly gives away things like webhosting for friends' comics.
